BMW Sport+ Mode
Sport+ mode ships disabled on many BMW 3, 4 and 5 Series. Coding adds it to the driving mode menu. Models, package and price.
What Sport+ Mode does
On many non-M Sport BMWs, Sport+ does not appear in the driving mode menu. Feature coding adds it; on some generations a Comfort+ option comes with it.
What the mode changes depends on the car’s equipment: throttle response, steering weight, shift character and, where fitted, adaptive suspension. Coding does not add power; that requires engine software.

How much does BMW Sport+ Mode cost?
Sport+ Mode is not sold on its own; it comes inside these packages: Coding & Cluster (iDrive 8.5), Feature Coding (iDrive 8), Feature Coding (iDrive 7). The package price is TRY 5,000 – TRY 7,500 depending on the model, and it includes other features too.
Can it be done remotely and how long does it take?
Yes; with assisted remote service by appointment or at our workshop in Ataşehir, Istanbul. Estimated time is about 15–15 minutes.
How do I know it works on my car?
It depends on model, production period, iDrive generation and equipment. Send us your VIN on WhatsApp and we will check and confirm before booking.
Can it be reversed?
Yes; coded settings can be returned to factory values. A dealer software update can reset coding, in which case it needs to be reapplied.
