BMW Launch Control
On the BMW G20, G22 and G30, Launch Control is enabled with transmission software. Which models, which package, price and timing.
What Launch Control does
Launch Control manages revs and traction for the most effective standing start. On many BMWs it ships disabled and is enabled not by feature coding but by transmission software written to the 8-speed automatic’s control unit.
At MOSTUNED, Launch Control is included in both Performance Package I and II. Package I also brings Shift Lights and more direct throttle response; Package II adds faster shifts. We show you how to use it at handover. Launch Control loads the drivetrain; use it sparingly and off public roads.

Launch Control is not sold on its own; it comes inside these packages: Transmission Tune II, Transmission Tune I. The package price is TRY 5,000 – TRY 12,500 depending on the model, and it includes other features too.
Can it be done remotely and how long does it take?
Yes; with assisted remote service by appointment or at our workshop in Ataşehir, Istanbul. Estimated time is about 15–20 minutes.
How do I know it works on my car?
It depends on model, production period, iDrive generation and equipment. Send us your VIN on WhatsApp and we will check and confirm before booking.
