Choose the right package for a G22 420i or G26
Our catalogue groups G22 and G26 options together. The 420i badge alone does not identify iDrive or supported features. For 2024 onwards in particular, we distinguish ID8 and ID8.5 using the installed system, not the year alone.

The same chassis code can have different display and software generations. The table compares our catalogue options. We check production period, current iDrive and equipment together; a package list does not guarantee every feature on every vehicle.

Prices come from our current service catalogue. M Track hardware, gearbox services and engine tuning are separate packages. Coding a theme or menu does not add hardware.
Check comfort, instrument and audio options individually
Existing equipment matters for options such as power-tailgate settings and audio profiles. ID7 themes, ID8 menus and ID8.5 cluster fonts are different packages. We confirm your desired appearance and features before booking.
Is G22 gearbox coding included in feature coding?
Feature coding and gearbox services are selected separately. Enabling the Sport+ menu does not mean Performance Package II has been installed. For gearbox coding or sports-transmission requests, we confirm the work based on the current software.

Model-specific questions
How much does G22 420i coding cost?
For ID7 and ID8, TRY 5,000; for ID8.5 coding and instruments, TRY 7,500. The correct package is confirmed against your installed system and equipment.
Can I book coding without engine tuning?
Yes. Feature coding is a separate service and does not require an engine tuning purchase.
Is remote coding available?
The coding packages on this page are listed for assisted remote delivery. Model, equipment, software and connection readiness are checked first. M Track hardware installation requires a workshop appointment.
